BUSINESSMED, represented by its General Secretary, Mrs Jihen Boutiba, participated in the round table "Dialogue in the Mediterranean Language of Business", organized by Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo and Associazione Industriali Cremona, as part of the 4th edition of the International Prize "Gherardo da Cremona ", on October 6th 2018, in Cremona, Italy.

This meeting emphasized on the fundamental importance of the role of translation in the business world, mainly during negotiations and signing of contracts in order to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts.

The meeting was an opportunity to learn about the South-Mediterranean entrepreneurial policies and the actions and projects that BUSINESSMED is pursuing, in particular for the consolidation of business networks between companies in Northern and Southern Mediterranean countries.

This is part of the ambitious EBSOMED Project, which aims at boosting the Mediterranean business ecosystem for an inclusive and sustainable development.

After the EBSOMED video presentation, bilateral meetings took place between BUSINESSMED, Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo and all the relevant institutions represented.
