In the framework of the EBSOMED project, BUSINESSMED will again partner with MDF for a news cycle of academies, to provide the project beneficiaries with consultation services on digitalization, with the aim of establishing technical assistance missions to help BSOs achieve their digital potential. The Consultation is the continuity of the efforts made in the previous rounds of academies “Maximizing the effectiveness of BSO”, “Servicing members effectively” and “Digital Strategy Development” for the same beneficiaries and aims to help BSOs define their digital roadmap to gain guidance on integrating digital solutions throughout all the steps of the business chain.

Actions will be defined within the key areas identified during the previous round, such as the design and facilitation of effective and interactive training and meetings, knowledge and data management, digitization of internal processing, the registration and online payments, consultancies on social media engagement and optimization, and the digital policy development at organizational level.

The Academy will take place in the form of a one-on-one consultation, by MDF trainers with the BSO, to assess the digitalization efforts taken by the organizations since the delivery of the training last October and define next steps and actions to be taken. Once the consultation efforts are taken, technical assistance missions will be developed to respond to the specific needs of the BSOs.
