Mrs Saida Naghza, President of BUSINESSMED participated in the EBSOMED Roadshow: Women in Technology, the Way Forward”, during MedaWomen 2018, which took place in Amman, Jordan, October 2nd and 3rd 2018, organized by ASCAME, AFAEMME, and the Amman Chamber of Commerce within the framework of EBSOMED project.

This year's edition took the form of a RoadShow and offered the opportunity for women in the technology sector to address the main issues and opportunities of this field in the Mediterranean region.

Mrs Saida Naghza highlighted during her speech the important role of BUSINESSMED as a business organization that supports the inclusion of women entrepreneurs through restructuring women's labour forces and developing their technological capabilities.

In this context, the MedaWomen 2018 Forum explored themes relevant to a changing society using innovative tools and unconventional approaches. Businesswomen, policy makers, entrepreneurs and spokespersons from various sectors those were present throughout the event to share experiences and encourage public discussion Mediterranean organizations led by strong and prosperous Women entrepreneurs.

MedaWomen2018 was for BUSINESSMED an opportunity to strengthen institutional networking as well as a space for exchange with civil society actors and business representatives from both shores of the Mediterranean.
