The Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Womenpreneur-Initiative, a Belgian non-governmental organization aiming at strengthening the place of women in the entrepreneurial scene and in the fields of technology and innovation, as well as in society.

 This agreement was signed on February 22, 2021 by Mrs. Barbara Jihen BOUTIBA, General Secretary of BUSINESSMED and Mrs Sana Afouaiz Founder & Director at Womenpreneur-Initiative.

This agreement reflects the willingness of both parties to establish and consolidate their cooperation in areas of mutual interest, around the different axes such as the exchange of best practices and know-how, the Implementation of awareness-raising and mutual visibility activities for actions and initiatives through their respective networks and the participation as a speaker in each other events. 

The two organisations will also search for potential synergies between each other ongoing projects and will work together on joint submission of projects that are online with themes and priorities that are tackled by both of them.
