The Business Country Desk is an intuitive and interactive online portal, mainly confers the business community (companies, SMEs, start-ups, etc.) the unique opportunity to undertake sustainable business partnerships with their peers operating across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

After a first general presentation session of the BCD platform and within the framework of the EBSOMED project, BUSINESSMED is implementing a BCD National Presentations' Program, that will focus on highlighting the plateform on a selection of targeted countries. 
Each presentation will be divided into three consecutive sessions that will take place both online and onsite. The country presentations' Programs will be followed by a Euro-Mediterranean matching event, scheduled in 2022, that will bring together eminent business operators across the region in order to explore the market's potentialities and to get in touch with the business peers both at the national and the regional levels.

The program will start in Egypt (on June 1, 8 and 15, 2021 respectively) and will be jointly organized by BUSINESSMED and the Federation of Egyptian Industries. The sessions are dedicated to the key players shaping the business community in Egypt, mainly SMEs, companies and start-ups.
